Abstract

This study aims to explore the association between demographics and clinical characteristics and MLEA among Type 2 Diabetic patients
*Multiple Lower extremity amputations (MLEA) are an undesired outcome following a Lower extremity amputations (LEA) episode among people with diabetes.
* Amputation is always considered a last resort for controlling untreatable infected and gangrenous leg or foot ulcers.
*Individuals with MLEA face more significant challenges compared to those with a single amputation.
