Abstract

NCD accounts for 84% of deaths across all age-groups in Fiji and are the leading cause of premature mortality. To address this, our organization conducted initial NCD screenings, followed by a 3-months follow-up, to assess the effectiveness of these measures and to encourage patients to actively participate in their own health and well-being.
